Bankers

Bankers we know need lots of money:

Lots and lots. And lots and lots.

Should they be punished for certain mistakes

that lose large sums for many people,

sums amassed at great cost to the owners,

as well as to the bankers' poor souls

on account of their terrible need.

Should they be punished 

or given what’s left,

the lion's share of what's left?

Let them have it.
